A juice cleanse is a short-term, all liquid diet intended to help you cleanse both physically and mentally.

Each juice contains a different combination of nutrients and minerals that nourish your body and support the detoxification process. 

How does it work?

During a Juice Cleanse you will consume 7 bottles of our selected juices throughout your day along with two of our powershots. The juices act as a meal replacement, so you will refrain from consuming any solid food during your cleanse. We recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol and sugary drinks for the best results.

So a juice cleanse is essentially fasting?

Wrong. People often mistake a juice cleanse as being a fast, which is inaccurate. Fasting implies abstaining from food and drinks altogether. Starvation is unhealthy for your body and will slow down your metabolism. This is counter to the goal of a cleanse. Our cleanses are designed for you to be in a caloric deficit while still giving you the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.

I want to do a cleanse! How should I prepare?

To be best prepared for your cleanse:

  • We recommend eating a healthy, light diet 2 to 3 days before starting with your juice cleanse. This should help limit the hunger cravings during your cleanse. 
  • Try to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts before your cleanse. This will allow your body to get used to the types and amounts of nutrients that the juices will contain during your cleanse
  • We suggest avoiding caffeine, alcohol and dairy as much as possible before starting your cleanse. 
  • Drink at least 8 large glasses of water a day (preferably more) 2 to 3 days before your cleanse.
  • Get enough sleep and rest well.
