Why is your juice bottled?

The cold pressing process is a slow and laborious process involving cleaning, peeling, selecting and squeezing using a hydraulic press. If we were to make your juice on the spot, this could take a few hours. This is why we bottle and refrigerate our freshly made juice every day for consumption. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

Orders are handled within 1 business day following confirmation of the order at the latest, after which the products ordered shall be submitted for delivery by the transport company. For deliveries to arrive within The Netherlands the products will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 6 PM. Please notify Juice Lab Amsterdam if you still have not received your purchase after 2 days at order@juicelab.fit

Juice Lab Amsterdam is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photos. All domestic shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.

All prices include handling or taxes, excluding shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase.

Your order can be delivered anywhere in the Netherlands.

 

How long does my juice stay fresh?

Juice Lab Amsterdam products are raw, pure, organic and unpasteurised. They are made with fresh produce and do not contain preservatives. They are thus perishable and clearly marked with expiration dates. They must be consumed within these dates.
